Nothing on the Site, including package names, example pricing, or portfolio pieces, is itself a binding offer or guarantee of terms. Rates shown are starting points and every engagement is scoped individually.
Submitting the contact form or emailing Amy is not a booking or a contract. It starts a conversation. Please use the form only for genuine business inquiries. Amy aims to respond within two business days but does not guarantee a specific response time.
All portfolio videos, photos, copy, branding, and the WNDRLST name and content library shown on the Site are owned by Amy Schwab (or licensed to her) and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, download, republish, or use any of it without written permission, except for the ordinary browsing of the Site in your web browser.
Content created for a client under a signed agreement is licensed according to the terms of that agreement, not by anything on this page.
Statements on the Site about engagement, views, or the performance of past work describe results Amy or her clients have seen and are not a promise that any future engagement, video, or campaign will achieve similar results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside Amy's control.
The Site links to and uses third-party platforms, including TikTok and the form-processing service FormSubmit, to operate. Amy is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
